Ubiquitous throughout North America, this flourish of sweetness was my entry point to falling for herbs. Our honey comes from Ames farm in Delano, MN and Beez Kneez in Grantsburg, WI. Local, raw honey helps with seasonal allergies, has unique flavors that are lost when industrialized, and honey has lots of healing properties. It’s antimicrobial, antibacterial, high in antioxidants, helps with cough surpression, and contains many protective phytonutrients. Heavy processing in regular honey can destroy these valuable beneficial aspects.
